These are great for Spring time, and you can make them with any flavor of cupcake and your favorite frosting. The flowers are tedious, but so worth it! These cupcakes look elegant in white papers, and cute in floral. 
Not to mention, they are delicious!

Birthday Cake

This is a 2-tier chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and strawberry preserves between each layer.
It was iced with purple butter cream frosting on the top tier and white frosting with fondant zebra stripes on the bottom tier.
It was a pretty fun cake to make! I wish I could have eaten some......

Wedding Cake

I made my first wedding cake this past Friday and it turned out pretty well!
Each tier of the cake has two layers, with butter cream frosting and apricot jam between each layer. The top tier and bottom tier have piped butter cream roses, and the middle tier is iced with butter cream frosting as well, with fondant stripes and edible pearls. It was a success! A very tasty success.
