These are Italian Cream Cupcakes with Cream Cheese frosting and hand-made daisies.

These are great for Spring time, and you can make them with any flavor of cupcake and your favorite frosting. The flowers are tedious, but so worth it! These cupcakes look elegant in white papers, and cute in floral.
