Wedding Cake



I made my first wedding cake this past Friday and it turned out pretty well!
Each tier of the cake has two layers, with butter cream frosting and apricot jam between each layer. The top tier and bottom tier have piped butter cream roses, and the middle tier is iced with butter cream frosting as well, with fondant stripes and edible pearls. It was a success! A very tasty success.
